Independent Baptist Network affirms the following beliefs:

Doctrine

1. Verbal, plenary inspiration of Scripture, rendering it infallible and inerrant
2. Complete preservation of Scripture down through the ages
3. One Triune God, revealed in the Persons of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit
4. Literal six day creation
5. Deity, virgin-birth, and bodily resurrection of Jesus Christ
6. Total depravity of man
7. Salvation by grace alone through faith alone in the substitutionary death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ
8. Security of the believer
9. Local church as the center of God’s program in this present age
10. Male headship in the church and home
11. Marriage is between one man and one woman
12. Cessation of the sign gifts
13. Premillennial return of Jesus Christ
14. Literal heaven and hell
